Dr. Alex W. Skaff, DDS
Dr. Skaff graduated from West Virginia State College in 1965 and continued his education at West Virginia University, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1969. Upon completion of his degree, Dr. Skaff proudly served in the United States Army before settling into practice in his hometown of Charleston.
Dr. Skaff is an active member of his community, church and several local and national professional dental organizations. he continues to incorporate state-of-the-art techniques and equipment with a commitment to excellence for every patient.
Dr. Michelle C. Paterno, DDS
Dr. Paterno completed her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 2001, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2006. Upon completion of her doctorate degree, Dr. Paterno returned to the Charleston area to begin practicing with her uncle, Dr. Skaff.
Dr. Paterno continues the tradition in her office by devoting her time to the Kanawha Dental Health Council while also helping educate dental assisting students at Carver Career and Technical Education Center. She believes continuing education is essential in treating patients with the best care possible.
